Why you need Boiler Cover
Always use a trusted local plumber (see our twitter list) for installations and new works or upgrades.
For breakdowns, taking out boiler cover from a reputable company (we do not recommend British Gas Homecare) will ensure all year round peace of mind with speedy repairs by a local, registered heating engineer.

*Our Hometree trails
We sought responses from users who are on one of the two plans Hometree plans we recommend to share their experiences with us.
We had 41 confirmed reports for call outs for heating systems, all had a response well within 24 hours, all engineers were local and carried ID cards which were checked against the gas safe register.
14 of these calls outs required new parts: 1 heat exchanger was replaced; 3 electronic control boards; 3 faulty switches 2 thermostats, 2 diverter valves and 3 other parts which our users did not note.
No payments were asked for on any of these call outs, all labour, call out fees and parts were covered by the plans.
